What is the minimum order quantity?
Our Prabhat Launchpad pilot starts at 500 units for a single SKU, so you can test the market before committing to large stock.
Tell us your dosage form and pack, and we will confirm the right starting quantity for your product when we review your enquiry.
How long does a pilot batch take?
The Launchpad pilot has a turnaround of 3–4 weeks. For Growth runs and larger volumes, we agree the schedule with you once your formula and packaging are confirmed.
Do you offer private labelling, third-party and loan-licence manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture under your brand (private label), produce on a third-party basis, and work on loan licence.
Can you develop a formula for us?
Yes. We offer custom and proprietary formulation with R&D and stability support. Classical formulations are made as the classical texts prescribe them.
Which dosage forms can you make?
Tablets, capsules, syrups, kwaths (dry and liquid), granules, churnas and powders, oils, balms, ointments (lami-tube and aluminium-tube filling), arqs, distillates and hydrosols, for both classical and proprietary formulations.
What certifications does your unit hold?
Our manufacturing unit is AYUSH GMP certified, and we follow an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
What documents do we receive with an order?
Orders come with CoA and batch documentation; Growth runs include CoA and batch records. If your market or buyers need specific documents, tell us in your enquiry.
Can you help with packaging and labels?
Yes. We help source packaging, offer in-house design support, and check labels for compliance before production.
