Prabhat Ayurvedic Pharmacy was founded in Amritsar in 1959 by Vaid Raj Kumar Passi — a practising Vaidya who believed formulations should be made exactly as the classical texts prescribed them. That philosophy is not heritage decoration. It is the operating manual.

Our story began in the historic lanes of Katra Sher Singh, steps from the Golden Temple, and our family-run pharmacy has served the people of Amritsar and beyond for generations.

Today, from our East Mohan Nagar facility, we manufacture proprietary AYUSH products and provide end-to-end contract manufacturing for third-party brands across India. Automated production lines. High-density warehousing. An in-house distillation plant for herbal arqs and hydrosols. What took a generation to build, your brand inherits on day one.

We are not a large contract manufacturer that fits you in when they can. We are a mid-scale, founder-run operation that treats your brand the way we treat ours.

We didn't enter this field as influencers or modern wellness experts. For us, Ayurveda began as a way to live and a livelihood — a trusted way to support our family, and the thousands of people who walked into our shop looking for care.

Over the years it has become more than a way to earn. It is a way to serve, and to pass on what we know from one generation to the next.
